September 22 is National Public Lands Day and TX BHA would like to celebrate this annual occasion the best way that we know how.... by giving back to our public lands! We're proud to announce our 1st TX BHA Public Lands Work Day, and we'd like to invite you to rally your family and friends, BHA members and non-members alike, to take part in this event at one of the various public properties across Texas.
We are meeting at the entrance gate to Cagle Recreation Area Campground on Saturday, September 22. TX BHA will provide lunch to all participants. All necessary work supplies (e.g., rubber gloves, trash bags, etc.) will also be provided. We really need folks who are willing to give some of their time in support of a very limited Texas resource... publicly accessible public lands and waters!
