Sometimes you have to stand out to blend in!

Come make some art in the park, and learn about some of the hidden hides that stalk through stands of pine here at Mission Tejas…

- After we talk about some of the animals that use camouflage to survive here in the Pineywoods, we’ll get out the arts and crafts and try our hand at making our own winter wrappers!

- Stripes, spots, tie-dye, it doesn’t matter! Pick a strategy, paint it, and we’ll stake our creations out in the woods and see how well we do compared to mother nature

Participants are encouraged to bring water, appropriate clothing and footwear for the park, clothing they don’t mind getting stained or dirty, and a creative eye!
