Come poke some holes in targets this Hole-iday season!
Visit Mission Tejas State Park for an introductory NASP-style archery lesson with our Interpretive Ranger! All equipment will be provided by the park, with bows in both youth and adult sizes.
- We will go over archery safety, proper technique, and then let the arrows fly! After a few practice heats, those who desire can enter a shootout to win a special prize (youth and adults will compete separately).
Participants may want to bring water, appropriate clothing and footwear for the outdoors, bug spray, and a keen eye. Age 7 is the recommended minimum for participation y’all!
Meet at the Festival Grounds.
***Attendance to this event is open to the public and free AFTER regular day use or camping fees.
